This study is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive-analytical in terms of its execution. A researcher-developed questionnaire was designed with 27 questions based on the conceptual model of the study. The statistical population consisted of 2,875 individuals, and the sample size was determined to be 261 participants. The questionnaire was distributed among employees and experts of the Prison Organization and the Correctional and Rehabilitation Measures Organization. The findings indicated that in the safety component, familiarity with the fire triangle, conducting fire drills, and learning various fire extinguishing methods ranked first to third in priority. In the health component, computer screen lighting, prevention of lumbar and cervical disc disorders, and reduction of job dissatisfaction were identified as the top three priorities. Therefore, it is essential that in-service training for employees of the Prison Organization be conducted in a targeted manner.</p> <p>هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی تاثیر آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت بر شاخص‌های ایمنی و بهداشت در سازمان زندان‌ها است که با روش تحلیل عاملی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. این پژوهش با توجه به هدف تحقیق کاربردی بوده و به لحاظ اجرا توصیفی-تحلیلی است. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با توجه به مدل مفهومی تحقیق 27 سوال طراحی شد. جامعه آماری به تعداد 2875 نفر و حجم نمونه 261 نفر بدست آمد و پرسشنامه بین کارکنان و کارشناسان سازمان زندان‌ها و اقدامات تامینی و تربیتی توزیع شد.یافته‌ها نشان داد در مولفه ایمنی آشنایی با مثلث حریق، اجرای مانور حریق و یادگیری انواع روش‌های اطفای حریق در اولویت اول تا سوم بوده و در مولفه بهداشت روشنایی رایانه، پیشگیری از ابتلا به دیسک کمر و گردن و کاهش نارضایتی شغلی در اولویت اول تا سوم قرار دارد. بنابراین لازم است آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان سازمان زندان‌ها هدفمند صورت گیرد.</p> https://jsied.org/index.php/jsied/article/download/210/213
