This study employed a qualitative exploratory design using thematic analysis. Participants included university experts and educational practitioners with specialized experience in academic and career guidance. Using purposive and snowball sampling, 24 participants were interviewed through semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation was reached. The interviews were transcribed and coded in MAXQDA and analyzed based on Braun and Clarke’s six-phase thematic analysis framework. Data trustworthiness was ensured through credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability criteria. The analysis resulted in 5 overarching themes, 16 organizing themes, and 74 basic themes. The overarching themes included individual enablers, environmental enablers, human enablers, structural enablers, and curriculum-based enablers. These themes encompassed components such as students’ abilities and interests, cultural attitudes toward occupations, family conditions, labor market considerations, parental awareness, teacher and counselor competencies, the necessity of revising guidance programs, the role of technological tools, redesigned policies, revised content, and improved assessment mechanisms. The final thematic network demonstrated that effective academic and career guidance requires the coordinated interaction of individual, social, structural, and curricular factors. The findings highlight that systematic attention to the identified drivers can enhance the quality of academic and career guidance and support students in making informed and realistic educational and occupational choices aligned with their abilities, interests, and labor market needs.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشران‌های هدایت تحصیلی و شغلی دانش‌آموزان مدارس متوسطه دوم استان تهران است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و اکتشافی بود و با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و کارشناسان آموزش و پرورش دارای تجربه تخصصی در حوزه هدایت تحصیلی بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و به روش گلوله‌برفی انجام شد و ۲۴ نفر تا حد اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها پس از پیاده‌سازی در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA کدگذاری و بر اساس رویکرد شش‌مرحله‌ای تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند. همچنین برای اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها از معیارهای اعتمادپذیری، باورپذیری، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی ۵ مضمون فراگیر، ۱۶ مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و ۷۴ مضمون پایه شد. مضامین فراگیر شامل توانمندسازهای فردی، محیطی، انسانی، ساختاری و برنامه درسی بودند. این مضامین ابعاد مختلف اثرگذار بر انتخاب تحصیلی و شغلی دانش‌آموزان را توضیح می‌دهند؛ از جمله استعداد، علاقه، تجربیات شغلی، فرهنگ جامعه، وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی خانواده، نقش والدین، توانایی‌های معلمان و مشاوران، ضرورت بازنگری ساختار هدایت تحصیلی، کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات، بازطراحی سیاست‌ها، اصلاح محتوا و تغییر نظام ارزشیابی. شبکه نهایی مضامین نشان داد هدایت تحصیلی مؤثر مستلزم تعامل عوامل فردی، اجتماعی، سازمانی و آموزشی است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد توجه نظام‌مند به پیشران‌های شناسایی‌شده می‌تواند زمینه هدایت تحصیلی و شغلی آگاهانه‌تر دانش‌آموزان را فراهم کند و از انتخاب‌های ناهماهنگ با استعداد، علاقه و نیازهای بازار کار جلوگیری نماید.</p> https://jsied.org/index.php/jsied/article/download/380/244
