تحلیل سیاستهای فرهنگی، قانونی و راهبردی سبک زندگی و خانواده در ارتباط با توسعه متوازن جوانی جمعیت (مطالعه موردی: استان خراسان رضوی)

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل اثر سیاستهای فرهنگی، قانونی و اقتصادیِ مرتبط با سبک زندگی و خانواده بر توسعه متوازن جوانی جمعیت است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با طرح توصیفی ـ تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل جوانان ۱۵ تا ۳۵ سال استان خراسان رضوی بود که ۳۸۴ نفر از آنان با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته با روایی تأییدشده توسط خبرگان و پایایی مناسب بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 26 و از طریق آزمونهای همبستگی و رگرسیون تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد سیاستهای فرهنگی با توسعه متوازن جوانی جمعیت رابطه معنادار و قوی دارد (r = 0.743, p < 0.001) و 43٪ از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین میکند. سیاستهای اقتصادی نیز اثر قابل توجهی داشتند (r = 0.690, p < 0.001) و 51٪ از تغییرات را توضیح دادند. سیاستهای قانونی نیز رابطه معناداری نشان دادند (r = 0.544, p < 0.001) و 39٪ از واریانس توسعه متوازن جوانی جمعیت را تبیین نمودند. تمامی فرضیهها تأیید شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد تحقق جوانی جمعیت پایدار مستلزم رویکردی یکپارچه است که اصلاحات فرهنگی را بهعنوان زیرساخت اصلی، حمایت اقتصادی را بهعنوان عامل تقویتی و چارچوبهای قانونی را بهعنوان سازوکار تنظیمی همزمان در بر گیرد.
