Article Processing Charges
The Journal of Study and Innovation in Education and Development (JSIED) operates on a sustainable funding model, which requires authors to contribute to the costs associated with the publication of their work. To this end, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) of 15,000,000 Rials (1,500,000 Tomans) is levied for each accepted manuscript. This fee is intended to cover the expenses related to the editorial process, peer review, typesetting, and hosting services that ensure the highest standards of publication.
This APC is applied only after a manuscript has successfully passed through the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication. We believe that this fee is fair and necessary to maintain the quality and accessibility of the journal while enabling us to continue providing open access to our content.
Despite the APC, we remain committed to supporting authors from diverse economic backgrounds. Authors who are unable to afford the APC may apply for a waiver or reduction, particularly those from low-income countries or institutions with limited funding. Waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent the publication of valuable research.
