مدلیابی نقش رهبری آموزشی مدیران در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی تدریس معلمان و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان

هدف پژوهش حاضر مدلیابی نقش رهبری آموزشی مدیران در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه خاتم در سال تحصیلی 1404-1405 بود که در نهایت دادههای 320 دانشجو همراه با اطلاعات استادان مرتبط با دروس منتخب تحلیل شد. دادهها با استفاده از ابزار سنجش رهبری آموزشی، مقیاس خودکارآمدی تدریس، مقیاس درگیری تحصیلی و معدل تحصیلی دانشجویان گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد و معناداری اثرات غیرمستقیم با روش بوتاسترپ 5000 بازنمونهگیری بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد رهبری آموزشی مدیران اثر مثبت و معناداری بر خودکارآمدی تدریس داشت (β = 0.56, p < 0.001) و بهطور مستقیم نیز درگیری تحصیلی را پیشبینی کرد (β = 0.31, p < 0.001). خودکارآمدی تدریس اثر مثبت و معناداری بر درگیری تحصیلی (β = 0.35, p < 0.001) و پیشرفت تحصیلی (β = 0.21, p = 0.001) داشت. درگیری تحصیلی قویترین اثر مستقیم را بر پیشرفت تحصیلی نشان داد (β = 0.43, p < 0.001) و اثر مستقیم رهبری آموزشی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی نیز معنادار بود (β = 0.17, p = 0.011). اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری آموزشی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی از طریق خودکارآمدی تدریس (β = 0.118)، از طریق درگیری تحصیلی (β = 0.133) و از طریق مسیر زنجیرهای خودکارآمدی تدریس و درگیری تحصیلی (β = 0.084) معنادار بود. مدل 51 درصد از واریانس پیشرفت تحصیلی را تبیین کرد. رهبری آموزشی مدیران میتواند هم بهطور مستقیم و هم از طریق تقویت خودکارآمدی تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی و افزایش درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان، به بهبود پیشرفت تحصیلی منجر شود؛ بنابراین، ارتقای کیفیت رهبری آموزشی و حمایت از توانمندیهای تدریس و مشارکت فعال دانشجویان میتواند بهعنوان راهبردی مؤثر برای بهبود پیامدهای آموزشی دانشگاهها مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
