سنتزپژوهی چالشهای آموزش به دانشآموزان کولی در دهه اخیر و راهکارهای پیشرو

مطالعات نشان میدهد که کولیها در زمینه دسترسی به آموزش با چالشها و مشکلات متعددی دست و پنجه نرم میکنند؛ از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالشهای آموزش به دانش آموزان کولی در دهه اخیر و راهکارهای رفع آن انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی است و از روش سنتز پژوهی و تکنیک تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. معیار ورود پژوهشها در این مطالعه، مرتبط بودن با هدف پژوهش و اجرای آن در مقطع ابتدایی در دهه اخیر (۲۰۱۳ تا ۲۰۲۳) بوده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، تحقیقات انجام شده در دهه اخیر بودکه طی واکاوی محتوایی دسته بندی و غربالگری انجام گرفته و در حدود 49 پژوهش که واجد شرایط و معیارهای مدنظر بودند، به صورت هدف مند انتخاب شده، کدگذاری و طبقه بندی صورت گرفته و پایههای نظری و مضامین اصلی استخراج شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که آموزش به دانش آموزان کولی در دهه اخیر، با شش چالش عمده از جمله: چالشهای فرهنگی ، چالشهای اقتصادی، چالشهای اجتماعی، چالشهای اداری، چالشهای تحصیلی و چالشهای مربوط به برنامه درسی ، روبرو بوده است. علاوه بر این، سنتز راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای رفع این چالشها نیز ارائه شد.
