بررسی تاثیر عوامل سازمانی و انسانی بر بهره وری منابع انسانی با نقش میانجی عوامل چابکی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت حفاری شمال)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر عوامل سازمانی و انسانی بر بهره وری منابع انسانی با نقش میانجی عوامل چابکی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت حفاری شمال) میباشد. در این راستا ضمن مروری بر مفاهیمی همچون منابع انسانی، بهره وری و چابکی، با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به بررسی تاثیر عوامل سازمانی و انسانی بر بهره وری منابع انسانی با نقش میانجی عوامل چابکی پرداخته شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت حفاری شمال میباشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس جامعه آماری، با تکیه بر فرمول کوکران 333 نفر نفر تعیین گردید. جهت جمعآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده كه روایی آن به صورت روایی محتوا توسط خبرگان و روایی سازه و ساختار توسط تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در نرمافزار smart pls و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای كرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی در نرمافزار spss تأیید شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای كلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، جهت تست نرمال و از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری جهت بررسی فرضیهها و اعتبار سنجی مدل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد كه عوامل انسانی و سازمانی بر چابکی سازمانی اثر گذاشته و از این طریق سبب ارتقا سطح راهبرد چابکی سازمان و در نتیجه ارتقا سطح بهره وری کارکنان میگردد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد محرکهای چابکی و چالشهای موجود در مدیریت منابع انسانی از طریق راهبرد چابکی بر بهره وری اثر گذارند.
