رابطه آرزوهای شغلی با خودكارآمدی تحصيلی در دانشجويان شهر واسط: نقش تعديل كننده عدالت آموزشی و خودكارآمدی تصميم گيری شغلی

خودكارآمدی تحصیلی متغیری بسیار مهم برای موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه آرزوهای شغلی با خودكارآمدی تحصیلی با توجه به نقش تعدیل كننده عدالت آموزشی و خودكارآمدی تصمیمگیری شغلی در دانشجویان شهر واسط در عراق اجرا شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه های شهر واسط در عراق در بهار و تابستان سال 1403 (تابستان سال 2024) بودند. از جامعه آماری مورد اشاره، 250 نفر دانشجو به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و سپس به سه پرسشنامه آرزوهای شغلی (دانزیگر و همكاران، 2008)، پرسشنامه خودكارآمدی تحصیلی (میجلی و همكاران، 2000)، پرسشنامه عدالت آموزشی (گلپرور، 1389) و پرسشنامه خودكارآمدی تصمیم گیری شغلی (بتز و همكاران، 1996) پاسخ دادند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی از طریق نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 تحلیل گردید. نتایح نشان داد، از هشت مولفه آرزوهای شغلی، عدالت آموزشی فقط رابطه امنیت و ثبات را با خودكارآمدی تحصیلی و خودكارآمدی تصمیم گیری شغلی نیز فقط رابطه شایستگی فنی و كاركردی را با خودكارآمدی تحصیلی تعدیل مینمایند (05/0>p و 01/0>p). بر اساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر، نقش آرزوهای شغلی و عدالت آموزشی و خودكارآمدی تصمیم گیری شغلی برای خودكارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان، لازم است در محیطهای آكادمیك جهت موفقیت تحصیلی بیشتر دانشجویان مورد توجه قرار گیرند.
