Development of a Model for the Implementation of Medical Policies in Hospitals of Southeast Iran University of Medical Sciences with a Jihadi Management Approach in the Style of Martyr General Qasem Soleimani

This study aims to develop a model for the implementation of medical policies in hospitals of Southeast Iran University of Medical Sciences, based on a jihadi management approach inspired by Martyr General Qasem Soleimani's style. A qualitative research method (thematic analysis) was used, involving interviews with 17 experts in the field of medical policies. In-depth interviews were conducted with experts from hospitals affiliated with Southeast Iran University of Medical Sciences to identify the dimensions and components of medical policies within the jihadi management framework of Martyr General Qasem Soleimani's approach. The data obtained from the qualitative phase were analyzed using NVivo software (version 11). In the quantitative phase, descriptive statistics (various indices, tables, and statistical charts) and inferential statistics were applied using SPSS (version 23), SMART PLS (version 3.3), and Expert Choice (version 11), with a significance level set at 0.05. The results revealed that the extracted concepts related to the model for implementing medical policies in hospitals of Southeast Iran University of Medical Sciences with a jihadi management approach inspired by Martyr General Qasem Soleimani’s style included 82 initial codes, 23 basic themes, and 9 organizing themes.
