Analysis of the Impact of Curriculum Planning Based on Community Needs on the Development of Students' Job Skills

This article examines the impact of curriculum planning based on community needs on the development of students' job skills. Using a descriptive analysis method and literature review, the findings indicate that curriculum planning aligned with community and labor market needs can lead to more effective development of job skills among students. Additionally, this research explores the strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum planning in Iran, highlighting that while community-based curriculum planning can enhance job skills, its effective implementation requires attention to execution challenges and the need for more localized research. Finally, suggestions are provided for improving curriculum planning to foster more sustainable job skill development in students. These recommendations include strengthening collaboration between schools and industry, improving specialized teacher training, and addressing the specific needs of local communities.
