بازاندیشی در تربیت اخلاقی نسل آلفا در مواجهه با فناوری‌های نوین شناختی و هوشمند: مرور نظام‌مند بر چالش‌های نظری، عوامل مؤثر و دلالت‌های تربیتی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازاندیشی در مبانی نظری و عملی تربیت اخلاقی نسل آلفا در مواجهه با فناوری‌های نوین شناختی و هوشمند و شناسایی چالش‌های نظری، عوامل مؤثر و دلالت‌های تربیتی مرتبط با آن انجام شد. این پژوهش یک مرور نظام‌مند با رویکرد توصیفی-تفسیری بود. جستجوی نظام‌مند منابع در پایگاه‌های Scopus، Web of Science، PhilPapers، ERIC، Google Scholar، ScienceDirect و پایگاه‌های معتبر داخلی برای مطالعات منتشرشده در بازه ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۶ انجام شد. در مجموع، ۱۹۳ منبع در مرحله شناسایی بازیابی شد و پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غربالگری عنوان، چکیده و متن کامل بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج و رهنمود PRISMA، ۱۹ مطالعه وارد تحلیل نهایی شدند. کیفیت مطالعات متناسب با طرح پژوهش با استفاده از چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخت برای مطالعات فلسفی-مفهومی، ابزار JBI برای مطالعات تجربی و CASP برای مطالعات کیفی ارزیابی شد. غربالگری توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل انجام گرفت و توافق بین‌ارزیاب‌ها در سطح عالی بود (کاپای کوهن=۰٫۸۱). داده‌ها با روش ترکیب روایی و تحلیل توصیفی-تفسیری تلفیق شدند. ترکیب شواهد نشان داد که پارادایم‌های کلاسیک رشد اخلاقی توانایی کافی برای تبیین زیست‌جهان الگوریتمی نسل آلفا ندارند و مفاهیم عاملیت، خود، دیگری و بافت نیازمند بازتعریف هستند. فناوری‌های هوشمند اثری دوگانه بر رشد اخلاقی داشتند؛ به‌گونه‌ای که می‌توانند آگاهی اخلاقی، تحمل و یادگیری ارزش‌ها را تقویت کنند، اما استفاده بی‌ضابطه از آنها با هنجارشکنی، تضعیف تفکر انتقادی، نقض حریم خصوصی، کاهش اقتدار تربیتی والدین و وابستگی به هنجارهای پلتفرمی همراه است. شواهد همچنین بر گسترش مفهوم «دیگری اخلاقی» به عامل‌های مصنوعی و ضرورت سواد الگوریتمی، اخلاق مراقبت دیجیتال، آموزش شهروندی دیجیتال و طراحی مداخلات فناورانه مبتنی بر ارزش‌های بومی تأکید داشتند. تربیت اخلاقی نسل آلفا مستلزم گذار از الگوهای پیشادیجیتال به چارچوبی زمینه‌مند و پویاست که عاملیت مسئولیت‌محور، هویت سیال، دیگری گسترش‌یافته، حاکمیت انسانی و بافت الگوریتمی-تربیتی را تلفیق کند؛ ازاین‌رو، بازطراحی برنامه‌های درسی، تقویت سواد اخلاقی و الگوریتمی، حمایت از حریم خصوصی کودکان و بازتعریف نقش مربی به‌عنوان تسهیل‌گر نقاد برای نظام تربیتی، به‌ویژه در زمینه اسلامی-ایرانی، ضروری است.
