This study aims to quantitatively assess the impact of Islamic-Iranian dimensions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the success of projects implemented by the National Iranian South Oil Company. This applied study employed a descriptive–correlational design. The statistical population included managers and experts involved in 277 CSR projects in 2021, from which 170 participants were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were gathered using two instruments: a validated 13-dimension standardized CSR questionnaire and a researcher-developed project success questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis with a stepwise approach. The results indicated that the Islamic-Iranian CSR dimensions jointly explained 65% of the variance in project success (R²=0.65, p<0.001). In the final regression model, five dimensions—religious (β=0.32), ethical (β=0.28), governance (β=0.25), environmental (β=0.15), and intra-organizational CSR (β=0.11)—significantly predicted project success. All coefficients were statistically significant, and multicollinearity indices (Tolerance and VIF) confirmed the adequacy of the regression model. The findings demonstrate that the Islamic-Iranian CSR framework is not only theoretically valid but also operationally effective, contributing substantially to project success. Strengthening the religious, ethical, and governance dimensions can serve as a strategic priority for enhancing CSR performance in the oil industry.
