طراحی الگوی ارزشیابی مدارس استعدادهای درخشان مبتنی بر شاخصهای مدرسه تراز سند تحول بنیادین

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی ارزشیابی مدارس استعدادهای درخشان مبتنی بر شاخصهای مدرسه تراز سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و تبیین روابط ساختاری میان ابعاد آن بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی-توسعهای و از نظر روش، مبتنی بر فراترکیب کیفی همراه با مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل مطالعات داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با ارزشیابی مدرسه، مدرسه تراز و آموزش استعدادهای درخشان بود. پس از جستوجوی نظاممند در پایگاههای داخلی و بینالمللی، از میان ۴۷۰ منبع اولیه، ۳۰ مطالعه واجد شرایط با استفاده از چکلیست CASP انتخاب و در نرمافزار MAXQDA 2022 با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. در مرحله ساختاری، ۱۵ خبره بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و روایی محتوایی شاخصها با CVR و I-CVI و روابط میان ابعاد با ISM و تحلیل MICMAC بررسی شد. فراترکیب به شناسایی ۷ بُعد اصلی، ۱۵ مؤلفه فرعی و ۵۸ شاخص عملیاتی منجر شد. میانگین کلی CVR برابر با ۰.۸۹ و میانگین I-CVI برابر با ۰.۹۱ بود. ضرایب پایایی کدگذاری شامل هولستی ۰.۹۶۷، پی اسکات ۰.۸۳۸، کاپای کوهن ۰.۸۳۹ و آلفای کریپندورف ۰.۸۴۱ بود. نتایج ISM ساختاری پنجسطحی و چندمسیره را نشان داد که در آن رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی بنیادیترین بُعد و پیامدهای آموزشی و تربیتی وابستهترین بُعد بود. در تحلیل MICMAC، رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی و محیط تربیت در خوشه محرک، کیفیت آموزشی و پژوهش و نوآوری در خوشه پیوندی، رشد فردی و اجتماعی و پیامدهای آموزشی و تربیتی در خوشه وابسته و سلامت روان و حمایتهای تربیتی در خوشه خودمختار قرار گرفتند. الگوی پیشنهادی نشان داد ارزشیابی مدارس استعدادهای درخشان باید فراتر از شاخصهای عمومی مدرسه تراز و نتایج تحصیلی باشد و بهصورت همزمان ابعاد مدیریتی، آموزشی، پژوهشی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی را در یک چارچوب ساختاری و سیستمی مورد توجه قرار دهد.
