واکاوی مولفههای موفقیت تحصیلی دانشآموزان از منظر مشاوران تحصیلی خبره

هدف این پژوهش واکاوی مولفههای دانشآموز موفق از منظر مشاوران تحصیلی بود. روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوای هیش و شانون (2005) بود. محیط پژوهش کلیه مشاوران تحصیلی خبره شهر اصفهان در سال 1402 بودند و شرکت کنندگان هشت مشاور تحصیلی خبره بودند که به شکل هدفمند و بر اساس ملاکهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. حجم شرکت کنندگان بر اساس اصل اشباع و ابزار انجام پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. دادههای گردآوری شده به کمک روش پنج مرحله ای هیش و شانون (2005) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد این مفهوم دو بعد و یازده خرده مفهوم دارد که عبارت بودند از: 1) شیوههای دستیابی به موفقیت تحصیلی (با خرده مفاهیم مدیریت یادگیری دروس ، مدیریت تکالیف، مدیریت روزهای امتحان، ارتباطات بین فردی مناسب و آگاهی و توسعه از سبکهای یادگیری)، 2) توانایی غلبه بر موانع موفقیت تحصیلی (با خرده مفاهیم هدفمندی، ایجادانگیزش درونی، کنترل تکانه و نظم دهی به زندگی). با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش میتوان گفت مشاوران تحصیلی برای موفقیت دانشآموزان به هر دو بعد مذکور باید در مشاوره تحصیلی توجه کنند.
