بازاندیشی در مفهوم رشد اخلاقی نسل آلفا در عصر دیجیتال: یک مرور نظام‌مند بر چالش‌های نظری و دلالت‌های تربیتی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازاندیشی در مفهوم رشد اخلاقی نسل آلفا در عصر دیجیتال، با تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌های عاملیت اخلاقی، خود اخلاقی، دیگری اخلاقی و بافت تربیتی، از منظر فلسفه اخلاق تربیتی معاصر انجام شد. این پژوهش یک مرور نظام‌مند با رویکرد توصیفی–تفسیری بود. جستجوی نظام‌مند در پایگاه‌های Scopus، Web of Science، PhilPapers، ERIC، Google Scholar، ScienceDirect و پایگاه‌های علمی داخلی در بازه زمانی 2010 تا 2026 انجام شد. از مجموع 166 منبع اولیه، پس از حذف موارد تکراری، غربالگری عنوان و چکیده، بررسی متن کامل و اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج بر اساس رهنمود PRISMA، 14 مطالعه برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند. کیفیت مطالعات با استفاده از چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخت، JBI و CASP توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل ارزیابی شد و توافق بین ارزیابان در سطح عالی قرار داشت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش ترکیب روایی در چهار مرحله شامل توسعه چارچوب، شناسایی الگوها، ارزیابی استحکام شواهد و تولید روایت تحلیلی ترکیب شدند. ترکیب تحلیلی شواهد نشان داد که زیست‌جهان دیجیتال نسل آلفا مفروضات بنیادین نظریه‌های کلاسیک رشد اخلاقی را در چهار حوزه به چالش می‌کشد. عاملیت اخلاقی از الگوی خودمختار فردی به سوی عاملیت توزیع‌شده و هیبریدی حرکت کرده و تعامل با الگوریتم‌ها و واسطه‌های دیجیتال می‌تواند مرز میان تصمیم‌گیری انسانی و فناورانه را کمرنگ سازد. خود اخلاقی در تعامل مستمر با محتوای الگوریتمی و هنجارهای پلتفرمی شکل می‌گیرد، هرچند ظرفیت مسئولیت‌پذیری اخلاقی همچنان حفظ می‌شود. مفهوم «دیگری» به موجودات مصنوعی گسترش یافته است، اما روابط اخلاقی مبتنی بر آسیب‌پذیری متقابل و همدلی اصیل همچنان به مواجهه انسانی وابسته‌اند. همچنین، بافت تربیتی از خانواده و مدرسه فراتر رفته و به فضای الگوریتمی گسترش یافته است؛ بنابراین نقش مربی به سوی تسهیل‌گری نقاد و تقویت سواد اخلاقی–دیجیتالی تغییر می‌یابد. نظریه‌های کلاسیک رشد اخلاقی به‌تنهایی برای تبیین چگونگی شکل‌گیری خود و عاملیت اخلاقی نسل آلفا در محیط‌های دیجیتال کفایت ندارند. چارچوبی نوین مبتنی بر عاملیت هیبریدی، هویت اخلاقی سیال، دیگری گسترش‌یافته و بافت الگوریتمی–تربیتی می‌تواند مبنای مناسب‌تری برای نظریه‌پردازی، برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تربیت اخلاقی نسل آلفا فراهم آورد.
