هوشمندی استراتژیک؛ پیشران راهبردی عملکرد دانشگاه‌های عراق: شواهدی از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، آزمون تجربی تأثیر هوشمندی استراتژیک بر عملکرد سازمانی دانشگاه‌های عراق و تعیین میزان توان تبیین‌کنندگی آن در ارتقای عملکرد دانشگاهی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، کمی، توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع علّی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل 77,040 نفر از استادان و کارکنان 13 دانشگاه دولتی و خصوصی عراق بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 382 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته هوشمندی استراتژیک با 94 گویه، 20 مؤلفه و دو بعد اصلی هوشمندی برون‌سازمانی و درون‌سازمانی و پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد سازمانی Alvi و همکاران (2020) با 38 گویه و 11 بعد بود. روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS نسخه 4.1 تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که بارهای عاملی تمامی گویه‌ها بیش از 0.60، مقادیر پایایی ترکیبی بیش از 0.70 و میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده بیش از 0.50 بود و روایی واگرا نیز بر اساس معیار فورنل–لارکر تأیید شد. مدل ساختاری نشان داد هوشمندی استراتژیک اثر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد سازمانی دانشگاه‌های عراق دارد (β=0.599، t=17.046). همچنین، هوشمندی استراتژیک 35.9 درصد از واریانس عملکرد سازمانی را تبیین کرد (R²=0.359). شاخص‌های برازش نیز مطلوب بودند (SRMR=0.076، NFI=0.880، GOF=0.41) و از برازش قابل قبول مدل پیشنهادی حمایت کردند. هوشمندی استراتژیک یک قابلیت راهبردی مؤثر برای ارتقای عملکرد سازمانی دانشگاه‌های عراق است و توسعه هم‌زمان ابعاد درون‌سازمانی و برون‌سازمانی آن می‌تواند توان دانشگاه‌ها را در تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر اطلاعات، انطباق با تحولات محیطی و دستیابی اثربخش‌تر به اهداف سازمانی تقویت کند.
