شناسایی عناصر و مؤلفههای برنامههای درسی آموزش تعاون به بزرگسالان با رویکرد توسعه محلی اجتماعمحور

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عناصر و مؤلفههای کلیدی برنامههای درسی آموزش تعاون به بزرگسالان در چارچوب رویکرد توسعه محلی اجتماعمحور بود. پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش مرور نظاممند انجام شد؛ بدینمنظور، منابع علمی منتشرشده طی سالهای ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۵ از پایگاههای معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی گردآوری، غربالگری و انتخاب شدند. در نهایت، ۳۰ مطالعه واجد شرایط با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و سنتز روایتی تحلیل شدند و کیفیت مطالعات بهوسیله ابزار CASP ارزیابی گردید. نتایج تحلیل مضمون به استخراج یک ساختار سهسطحی منجر شد که شامل ۶ بُعد کلان، ۱۸ مؤلفه محوری و ۱۰۸ نشانگر عملیاتی است. این ابعاد شامل مبانی فلسفی و اعتبارسنجی برنامه درسی، محتوا و دانش تخصصی تعاون، رویکردهای یادگیری اجتماعمحور، زیرساخت و حکمرانی مشارکتی، ظرفیتسازی بهعنوان پدیده محوری، و پیامدهای توسعه پایدار بودند. یافتهها نشان دادند که اثربخشی آموزش تعاون برای بزرگسالان مستلزم تلفیق همزمان آموزش فنی، توانمندسازی روانی–اجتماعی، یادگیری مشارکتی و اصلاح سازوکارهای حکمرانی محلی است.
