طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی شایستگیهای شناختی دانشجویان فنی-مهندسی (مورد: دانشگاه تهران)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین شایستگیهای شناختی دانشجویان فنی-مهندسی در قالب یک الگوی مفهومی و طراحی و اعتباریابی مقیاسی برای سنجش این شایستگیها انجام شد. پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته و طرح توالی اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، 26 متخصص دانشگاهی به روش نمونهگیری نظری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و بر اساس روش نظاممند نظریه دادهبنیاد اشتراوس و کوربین، طی مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. بر مبنای پدیده محوری استخراجشده، بانک اولیه 81 گویهای تدوین شد که پس از ارزیابی روایی محتوایی توسط 14 متخصص، 66 گویه برای بررسی کمی باقی ماند. در بخش کمی، 401 دانشجوی فنی-مهندسی دانشگاه تهران با نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد و تحلیلها با SPSS 26 و AMOS 24 انجام گرفت. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، ساختار هشتبعدی شایستگی شناختی شامل تفکر انتقادی، تفکر خلاق، تفکر تجسمی/فضایی، تفکر الگوریتمی، تفکر سیستمی، انعطافپذیری شناختی، خودراهبری و جهتگیری کاربردی/کارآفرینانه را تأیید کرد. مدل اندازهگیری از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود (χ²=2353.93، χ²/df=1.81، CFI=0.93، GFI=0.92، AGFI=0.90 و RMSEA=0.045). همه وزنهای رگرسیونی معنادار بودند (p<0.001) و بارهای عاملی در ابعاد مختلف از 0.40 تا 0.80 متغیر بود. همچنین، ضرایب پایایی همه ابعاد بالاتر از 0.65 گزارش شد و شواهد حاصل، روایی سازه و کفایت روانسنجی مقیاس را تأیید کرد.یافتهها نشان داد شایستگی شناختی دانشجویان فنی-مهندسی سازهای چندبعدی است که در مفهوم «خودرهبری کارآفرینانه» تبلور مییابد و از تلفیق شایستگیهای فکری-ذهنی، خودراهبری و جهتگیری کارآفرینانه شکل میگیرد. الگوی توسعهیافته و مقیاس معتبر آن میتواند مبنایی برای ارزیابی، برنامهریزی آموزشی و طراحی مداخلات شایستگیمحور در آموزش مهندسی باشد.
