تأثیر الگوی تدریس سوادحرکتی‌محور بر بهبود مهارت‌های بنیادی، خودتنظیمی در تمرین و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان در درس تربیت‌بدنی: نقش واسطه‌ای بازخورد آموزشی معلم

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر الگوی تدریس سوادحرکتی‌محور بر مهارت‌های بنیادی، خودتنظیمی در تمرین و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان در درس تربیت‌بدنی با تأکید بر نقش واسطه‌ای بازخورد آموزشی معلم بود. پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه‌های چهارم تا ششم ابتدایی منطقه ۲ آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ بود که ۷۰ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب و به‌طور مساوی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش طی ۱۶ جلسه ۴۵ دقیقه‌ای، دو جلسه در هفته، آموزش مبتنی بر سواد حرکتی را دریافت کرد. ابزارها شامل آزمون مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت ویرایش سوم، پرسش‌نامه خودتنظیمی در تمرین، مقیاس مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموز و مقیاس بازخورد آموزشی معلم بود. داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیل میانجی‌گری مبتنی بر بوت‌استرپ ۵۰۰۰ بازنمونه‌ای تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد اثر گروه بر مهارت‌های بنیادی معنادار بود (F=97.86، p<0.001، η²p=0.594). همچنین، اثر مداخله بر خودتنظیمی در تمرین (F=72.88، p<0.001، η²p=0.521)، مشارکت فعال (F=89.39، p<0.001، η²p=0.572) و بازخورد آموزشی معلم (F=60.04، p<0.001، η²p=0.473) معنادار بود. تحلیل میانجی‌گری نیز نشان داد بازخورد آموزشی معلم اثر مداخله بر مهارت‌های بنیادی با اثر غیرمستقیم 0.256، خودتنظیمی در تمرین با اثر غیرمستقیم 0.306 و مشارکت فعال با اثر غیرمستقیم 0.335 را به‌طور معناداری میانجی‌گری کرد. با توجه به معنادار باقی‌ماندن اثرهای مستقیم، میانجی‌گری در هر سه مدل از نوع جزئی بود. الگوی تدریس سوادحرکتی‌محور می‌تواند با تقویت هم‌زمان مهارت‌های حرکتی، خودتنظیمی و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان، کیفیت یادگیری در درس تربیت‌بدنی را ارتقا دهد و بخشی از این اثر از طریق بهبود بازخورد آموزشی معلم منتقل می‌شود؛ بنابراین، ادغام بازخوردهای وظیفه‌ای، فرایندی و خودتنظیمی در برنامه‌های سواد حرکتی می‌تواند رویکردی مؤثر برای آموزش تربیت‌بدنی دوره ابتدایی باشد.
